I must be missing something. I’ve called them twice. Used their website to submit online. Both times I was referred to an outside company called Tively. Appears to be a lead generation/screening platform with no contact back. I did call again, asked to speak with an insurance agent…viola, a voicemail for Tively. It seems customer service is now in the past when you can’t simply speak with someone.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called to pay for my quote and spoke with Zack, who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He had no interest in answering questions or providing any real customer service, and when I asked if he needed to repeat questions I had already answered, he hung up on me. Disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to be helping customers. If this is the kind of service they provide, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Read the way he responds to all of his negative reviews and that will tell you everything you need to know about this business and Zack's customer service etiquette.

My friend recommended this company for my business insurance. I called to get a quote. The male agent didn't say his name, but he was rude throughout the whole conversation. When I started asking questions, he just hung up on me. This was the worst customer service ever. I am no longer interested in getting a quote. I also told my friend to cancel his policy with this company!

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Highly Unprofessional, I currently have 2 company policies thru them and called for my new company. Oddly, the male Agent raised his voice and became antagonistic when I stated "yes, as I said before." I said this bc we already reviewed that item or it was on the app I sent in 4 days before - He had the info. When asked why he yelled at me he flipped it and said I had an attitude. All the reviews post for this business is fake. Beware! I called them for a quote. The person that picked up the phone was so rude and disrespectful. He stated that he was the Vice President of the company when I asked to speak with his manager and said no one else was above him. He did let me know that he would transfer to a department to see if they could help me but he transferred me to a dead line that an automated thing came up and said “denied”. I called back to get better understanding of what happened because I told him everything my company does. He then said we don’t offer insurance for your type of business. I asked him why didn’t he say that, instead of transferring me to this number that just hangs up on me. He then got so nasty with me and hung up. I called back to speak with his manager. I would never do business with someone that would be rude to a person inquiring about their service. Beware of companies like this.

I don’t do reviews, but this one disappointed me. These people on the phone do not care about you. They answer the phone unwelcoming and the guy who I got transferred to sounds like he’s bored of his job. I just wanted insurance, and their attitude over the phone makes me think they don’t even care about the customers. So useless. THEN, I thought I could get a quote over the phone. They brush off their hands by telling you to do the online form first on their website, and they don’t even give you a call back or nothing. I had to call back to see if I could still get my insurance. So disappointed.

Honestly, one of my insurance policies expired but the rates were too high for me to renew with them, stumbled across them looking for new insurance and they had me a quote online that was couple dollars off from over the phone, quick painless and I had my certificate at a great rate 30 mins from hangin up the phone!

It was easy enough to obtain this insurance. They got back to me pretty fast after completing the quote questionnaire. I was able to communicate with them over the phone, text and email. The only issue was in my case - they couldn't brake it down on payments and I had to pay the whole summary upfront for the year. Anyway it was cheaper then others.. Overall the experience was good!

Beware false reviews. I tried working with this company, and the agent I dealt with must have been given a job by his parents--no understanding of the insurance industry, gave me the run around for two weeks, and "charged" my credit card for their time. Went with another company which pushed things through in a matter of hours.

Although this company will write good policies, their practices on collecting payments are reprehensible! To put it simply, they are bullies. Instead of sending a paper bill per request, they send emails that state "Cancellation" in big letters when in fact your policy is not being cancelled, it's simply their way of saying 'payment due'. During the pandemic, they REFUSED to even discuss disaster holds or policy credits, always referring to another line, where you wait on hold for 20 minutes and are then disconnected. They threatened to cancel my worker's comp policy 4 times, when in fact I'd been in conversations with the company carrying the policy over a period of months and the policy is on a disaster hold!

I was searching for a insurance for a firearm store. This company came up as a leading provider of insurance for that type of insurance. The web site information page pre-filled most of the firearm information. After filling out the online questionnaire which and they collected all of my personal and business information the agent thanked me and said we do not sell that insurance to that type of business. GREAT now that they have my email and phone let the SPAM calls begin. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.

Couldn't even get past Zach's attitude when I called. He couldn't start the call with more than a "Hello?" No identification of who he was or anything. His questions were abrupt and rude. Call ended up lasting about 2 minutes or less because of his poor customer service. I suspect other reviewers are either himself or friends, because he had NO customer service skills.
